Ani Difranco
Angela Maria Ani DiFranco is an American-Canadian singer-songwriter. She has released more than 20 albums. DiFranco's music is classified as folk, alternative and rock but also has influences from jazz and hip-hop. Ani DiFranco is frequently regarded as a feminist icon, and Grammy award-winning musician is thought to be the creator in DIY music. She was among the very first musicians to establish the label she created in the year 90. DiFranco's parents were Elizabeth (Ross), a previous student at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Dante Americo DiFranco met each one another while students at the same school. Her father is of Italian origin, while her mother hails from Montreal. Ani Difrasco wrote and recorded the track "32 Flavors". This song was released in 1995 on the sixth album Not a Pretty Girl.
