April Bowlby

April Bowlby (born April Bowlby) is an American actress who is a model, actress and singer. She has been known for her role as Kandi on the CBS comedy show Two and a Half Men Stacy Barrett on Drop Dead Diva and Rita Farr on Titans and Doom Patrol. April Michelle Bowlby, an American actress, is best known for her role as Stacy Barrett on the American TV drama Drop Dead Diva and Kandi from the sitcom Two and a Half Men. She began her career in modeling before she moved into films and TV series. Her first appearance was on a small screen, as an extra on the television series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. The show was followed by appearances of single episodes in other TV shows. In the near future, she was cast in the role of Kandi on Two and a Half Men. Bowlby is gaining worldwide fame due to her character, Stacy Barrett, in the successful TV show Drop Dead Diva. In the American Web Series Titans, she played the character of Rita Farr/Elastigirl. A spin-off of the series Doom Patrol will see her playing the role. Bowlby also appeared on TV in movies like Sands of Oblivion, The Wrong Daughter and Sands of Oblivion 2. Her big screen debut came with her feature-length film All Roads Lead Home and afterwards appeared in a variety of films including The Slammin Salmon and From Prada to Nada. April Michelle Bowlby was an American actress, most known for her roles in recurring episodes in the CBS television show Two and a Half Men. Bowlby was raised in Manteca and attended East Union High School. After she studied ballet as well as French in Moorpark College, Bowlby decided to pursue an acting career. While studying drama with Ivana Chubb, she was offered a leading part (Kandi in Two and a Half Men) shortly after the time of her Hollywood debut. Bowlby has been on numerous TV shows, including CSI as Kaitlin Rackish in 2004 CSI: NY as Jenny Lee in 2005. Freddie as Sydney and Stacked in 2005 and as Jasmine in 2005 as well as How I Met Your Mother as Meg in 2007. Bowlby's most recent appearance was Natasha as a 12 year old girl who lost her mother to an auto crash. Bowlby stars as Mia in The Slammin Salmon, a comedy film due for release in the year 2008.
