Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She began participating in fitness contests when she was 16 when she resigned from her childhood gymnastics career. At the age of 17 she earned her pro license just one year later. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. After quitting her gymnastics career and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness shows in the year she turned 16. Within a short time after that, she managed to earn her Pro Card at the age of 17. She was the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Once she received her Professional Card Ariel left for six years from on the field to finish her undergraduate studies. Then, in 2015, she returned on the stage and took part in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She continued to compete throughout the years following her debut show setting higher expectations for herself each year. In 2009 she had won more than four fitness titles. The 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. She became among the young IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel took six years off from competitive sports after obtaining her pro-card to complete her college education. In October 2015 to compete in her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut in the Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished 3rd at the show. The summer of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in be a part of the Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel appeared on stage for the Olympia and placed 6th in the Fitness Division. The fact that she had never set any expectations in advance Ariel states that she was more than proud of the result. The competition was among the best. Ariel continues to improve her body. Ariel's favorite body part to exercise is the back. Ariel usually performs bent-over row and single-arm lat-pull-downs (on the machine) or pull-ups. She also does seated rows. A typical warm-up is done first, followed by an actual workout. In addition, Ariel likes to use her time as efficiently as is possible. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings on all of her back exercises. This is typically three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
